“These guys replaced my circa 1985 siding. I got a few quotes and they were in the middle as far as pricing. I didn’t go with the lowest bidder because of two reasons. They were very thorough and detailed in their assessment and I had a colleague give an unbiased recommendation after her project was finished. They gave me an all inclusive quote and did not try to add fees after finding some additional damage from wood rot on the siding boards under the veneer, which was extensive. They did the job on the schedule with only minimal delays due 100% to weather. I was very meticulous asking for minor details to be addressed from minor scuffs to securing wires into my house and sealing every little bit… perhaps too much. They never objected or asked for more fees, just got everything done professionally. 10/10 great work guys”

“Since the 100+ mph winds on Father's Day of 2023 decided to take some shingles, we've decided it was the perfect time to repair the roof damages. We've had many different inspectors from different companies to evaluate the damages, but when it came to Trifecta, they immediately beat the competitor pricing of all the other companies and STILL used top tier materials for the job! With recommendation to replace the gutters as well, due to it being out of date, we decided to have the whole top end of the house redone, the decking included. With insurance being involved in the claim, James Gullick, was very patient with us and knowledgeable when it came to the complicated vocabularies of the insurance policies and how everything worked, keep in mind I am clueless about how the policies work and how there could be loop holes in certain situations. With a couple days of communication through insurance and James, our insurance total payout of coverage was about 95% of the job! Which insurance initially quoted us 60% of the damage coverage to begin with! The before and after pictures of the damages to the repairs are unbelievable! Day and night difference! For a 1,300 sqft. home, they completely repaired everything in two days! Which other companies quoted their estimated completion time in a week's time! 5/5 for being reliable, knowledgeable, and able to save me time and money on getting a large headache out of the way! Personal shout out to James Gullick and Jordan Jones for being the most patient and knowledgeable people to work with! Robert, initiated the insurance claim process and I was on the way to a new roof. The roof leaking caused other issues such as rotting water damaged fascia and soffit which they completely replaced and painted all the way around the house, as well as replacing spots that leaked on the interior. To help stop such problems in the future all new guttering was placed around the house with leaf guards. They also went above and beyond by painting the windows and doors to match the new trim colors! “In June of 2023, our house was hit with 100-110 mph winds for up to 45 minutes straight. Our fence and siding took considerable damage. I made a claim the following day. It took almost a month for my claim to be processed. Robert who was my go-to guy at first was extremely patient, polite, and professional while waiting on my claim. Before the job started, James, the owner, came out to inspect the damage. He was easy to understand and explain step-by-step what they were going to do. As the job progressed, James and Robert would constantly check in on the work. Took about a week and I'm very happy with the results. Trifecta is now my go-to when it comes to projects like this.”

The work took 2 days as we needed additional layer of OSB installed and the crew cleaned up the yard and everything great. They even took some junk I had in the backyard in their dumpster for free. Jordan and I looked over the roof after all was said and done and it looks great and so far holding away the rain. I'd recommend them as unlike other roofers who I have the unfortunate experience with. Jordan is pretty reliable at responding back and maintaining communication and would definitely call them up if we have any further issues.”

“We have been so happy with Trifecta Roofing and Restoration. We started with getting a quote for some fascia that had rotted out. Robert was at our house to give a quote the same afternoon that we called. A couple weeks later, we got some storm damage to our roof, so Robert was the first person we called. Our insurance company made the claims process very difficult, but Robert took time to meet with claims adjusters multiple times and navigated all of the obstacles that our insurance company threw at us. He was with us every step of the way and helped us get our new roof approved. The roofing crew was excellent. Then I had a hole in my chase, so they put new siding on my chase. Then i saw how good the work was and ended up doing all the siding with paint job, new fence, and revision of an older patio and roof. The patio had some rotten beam boards on floor, (even under the decking boards) and a thatched roof with some bad roof beams. They replaced rotten beam boards on deck and roof, new flooring, and gave me a board roof with shingles. A plus for job well done, and customer service. Good work for a great price. “James and his team from Trifecta did an excellent job on replacing our roof after the Oct 20 hail storm. He worked with our insurance and was here to walk through with the adjuster to make sure that all of the need were addressed. He also showed us where the original builder had not put in ice shield or properly covered the roof. They took the time to put in ice shield in the valleys and along the front part of the roof that is exposed to severe elements. Worked on finding any damaged plywood and replaced it. Repaired some window facings and sealed up the front to make a warmer home from the winter weather. James crew did a great job to make sure the area was well cleaned after the work was done. He has also checked the roof and fixed any areas after the heavy wind storm we had just a few day ago. Thanks, James and Trifecta for taking great care of our roof and doing a fantastic job.”
