Since the 100+ mph winds on Father’s Day of 2023 decided to take some shingles, we’ve decided it was the perfect time to repair the roof damages. We’ve had many different inspectors from different companies to evaluate the damages, but when it came to Trifecta, they immediately beat the competitor pricing of all the other companies and STILL used top tier materials for the job! With recommendation to replace the gutters as well, due to it being out of date, we decided to have the whole top end of the house redone, the decking included. With insurance being involved in the claim, James Gullick, was very patient with us and knowledgeable when it came to the complicated vocabularies of the insurance policies and how everything worked, keep in mind I am clueless about how the policies work and how there could be loop holes in certain situations. With a couple days of communication through insurance and James, our insurance total payout of coverage was about 95% of the job! Which insurance initially quoted us 60% of the damage coverage to begin with! The before and after pictures of the damages to the repairs are unbelievable! Day and night difference! For a 1,300 sqft. home, they completely repaired everything in two days! Which other companies quoted their estimated completion time in a week’s time! 5/5 for being reliable, knowledgeable, and able to save me time and money on getting a large headache out of the way!
