In June of 2023, our house was hit with 100-110 mph winds for up to 45 minutes straight. Our fence and siding took considerable damage. I made a claim the following day. It took almost a month for my claim to be processed. Robert who was my go-to guy at first was extremely patient, polite, and professional while waiting on my claim. Before the job started, James, the owner, came out to inspect the damage. He was easy to understand and explain step-by-step what they were going to do. As the job progressed, James and Robert would constantly check in on the work. Took about a week and I’m very happy with the results. Trifecta is now my go-to when it comes to projects like this.
